The breake fast was very good , but the staff very unfriendly

the front desk service lady lie lie to me three times when we went first day in the hotel room the shower was dirty with all hair and the toilet was dirty. I went downstairs ask for the front desk lady. She told me I sent some one but she never did not

Location is good. Room is great for both hardware and wifi. We also order wake up call and taxi from the front desk and they are very helpful.

Three things: marble floor at the entrance is sticky. I ordered room service but never delivered. Food service staff don't speak/understand English well. The bar is empty.

The room we have booked was a nonsmoking king size bed. We did get the room that we asked for however this room was a smoker room and Smailed very bad that we couldn't even sleep. The window the carpet in the room the restroom floor was so filthy.

Think about the restaurant..

The breakfast is rich, coffee is very nice; there is a good free underground parking and the hotel is in about 5-10 minutes walking distance to the metro line. Bathroom is very large and clean.

The rooms look very sad, they definitely need renovation and furniture change. One huge problem is that it is blowing from the closed windows. In the winter with so much wind in the city you can feel it inside the room. Besides that you cannot adjust the air condition - it is centralized programmed which means that it may be very cold or very hot in the room and there is nothing to do. The water pressure from the shower is so low that you can hardly take a normal shower. For more than 20 years holidays in Turkey I have never seen so unfriendly personal in a hotel. Especially by the reception desk - even Hello is missing.

Location very good

When my friend cone to visit me in room i had to pay 1400 TL about 35$ just to let him pass to my room without sleeping in the room or use anything

Tuncay Bey is very helpful and very good and very nice. Also, Gazim Hanim was helpful and nice to us.Even though we had one issue with the night shift employee in the reception but Bilim Hanim came and gave us 2 Turkish Caffè the next morning. The decorations of the hotel were nice and the room was quiet.

The shower is a bit broken so it was not the best shower experience. Also, there was no tissue in the room for daily usage.

I liked everything thing (beside what I mentioned below) Nice spa, inside swimming pool (but is was cold water).

Gym high quality, but no water to drink, room parents are on the front and in front of the door.. the kids room comes after but no door.

Everything The staff is so kind and helpful We are 5 families and all are satisfied

Searching in the personal belongings of guests!!! when I opened my back bag that I left in the room found out that all my personal items' places have been changed. when I asked them about that they just said "no one has searched in your belongings" and refused to let me see the camera recordings!!the day before we left someone entered to our room and searched in our belongings, that's absolutely an unaccepted act from a hotel that describes itself as a 5 star hotel. Do not repeat my mistake by booking here!

There is mixed swimming pool and sauna ladies and gentsroom blankets were not clean.not good location for sightseeing

The property was okey but the staff are very rude and ignorant they do not welcome you at all no smile

It was the staff especially at the reception they was very rude did not welcome us .. ignored us when we arrived when we asked for anything over phone they ignored us .. we had a baby with us they refused to warm the milk .. they acted as they did not understand English which they clearly did ..

There is no currency screen in the hotel hall and they do not buy foreign currencies for the stay.

The receptionist is not the best in dealing with me and his colleague, the manager, she is an excellent woman in dealing. Thank you to her.

Breakfast

Change rooms in heals club was not good. Bed for third person was terrible. We do not have foot towel, third cup, third bottle of water, coffee, tea….

It was a good hotel with good Facilities.

Swimming pool was temperature controlled but they asked their guest to wear swimming Cap, which i have seen only in this hotel. I use to stay in several hotels including turkey and around the world but i was surprised and shocked to know they only let u in the pool if u buy or wearing swimming Cap.Internet was not working properly in the room or lobby.

The room is so beautiful and spacious for 3 adults. I love the valet service too.

The location is 30 minutes journey from the main attractions in Istanbul.

Nothing was worth a like

Smell bad. Has smart TV in room but unable to connect to Internet when I asked regarding this I was told that no smart TV was available, yet I had 1 in my room.
